Added 2022-01-27 22:24:58 +0000 UTCDay 6/18 Colombia 🇨🇴: I Was Put on the Wrong Boat in Cartagena + Had to Stay on the Tour All Day 😠On my first full day in Cartagena, I wake up early to get ready for a solo day trip to the island, Playa Blanca, where I planned to relax & photo shoot some new content all day. I booked a boat to Playa Blanca only through Jhony Tour & arrived at the pier at the time I was told. About an hour into the boat ride, I noticed the boat was taking us to all these other places, but the guide was speaking in Spanish so I couldn’t understand what he was saying. As we continued to make numerous other stops, I finally asked the guide what was going on. He told me I was on a full day tour with snorkeling & multiple island stops and that the tour company I booked with had put me on the wrong boat. I contacts the tour company I booked with and not only would they not make it right to get me to the destination I paid for, they also would not give me a refund. And because we were out in the ocean, I had no choice but to stay on this tour for its entirety. And to top it off, I’m my vulnerable state, I got hustled by the massage ladies on the beach.
