After 2 nights in Tijuana at Hotel Rio Rita, Dbasser & I felt like we had already seen & experienced it, so when one of my friends/followers suggested we visit Ensenada, it sounded like the next fun adventure, so we road tripped down in my car. The 1 hour drive was absolutely stunning along the coast! Iād never visited Ensenada but it was beautiful and reminded me a lot of San Francisco/Monterrey, CA! We stayed at Hotel Casa Del Sol right in the middle of town so everything was super walkable & their pool was really nice & relaxing! For highlights on food Eme Restaurante had some amazing healthy & vegan options. And for drink highlights, another one of my followers recommended we visit Bar Andaluz where the margarita was originally created!
