At the airport before flying back to Mexico City, I have an emotional moment reflecting on all the ups and downs of this trip and how much I’ll miss Puerto Escondido, where I arrived intending to stay 4 days, but ended up staying for 2 weeks! This was my freedom trip - the trip I promised myself I would take when my divorce finalized, but due to the pandemic it was delayed. This trip was about making my own choices, even if they were the wrong choice, it was about exercising my freedom & breaking away from the controlling relationships of my past to step into my new life, the unknown, the scary…but I did it and this trip really was my “wild & free” trip and I wouldn’t take back a single moment of It because I learned & grew from each experience (good & bad)! ⚡️ https://youtu.be/984hK-gM5HQ
