Some criticism, upsetting dreams, and a general sense of uneasiness have been filling my past week. Scorpio is a powerful sign - but also filled with a lot of exploration of the shadow self. Obsessions and jealousy can spiral if not kept in check. I've certainly felt this since the sun moved into Scorpio. Take a moment to sit with yourself in stillness today. Pay attention to what thoughts come up to your surface. Listen to your inner critic but greet that voice with compassion . Addressing those elements in the shadow are essential to becoming a better person, even if the lessons are hard to hear. 🖤
