We usually like to scold ourselves, even for little things, and when we do something good, we often just devalue ourselves by thinking that it's nothing special 😒 😒 😒 I suggest to notice every little thing and praise ourselves for it 🙌 I've already got 67 thank-you's on my year-end list 🥰 And honestly, when you reread your gratitude to yourself, you really start to see how good you are 👌🥹 Good luck, everyone ❤️
