Tips for increased back flexibility: -Backbends- you can slowly walk your hands as close to your feet as possible to slowly increase flexibility -Laying on your stomach and using your arms push your chest up and bend your feet up and push your head back as close as your head as possible -lastly after you’ve practiced those two you can slowly practice the scorpion by slowly rocking on your stomach pushing your feet above and close to your head as possible. -Forearm stands and scorpion handstands also increase back flexibility! Also balance and strength 🥰
