



Just a few vids. First, just being silly. Love dancing & singing & playing my Country music loud as I do hh chores. The others are some of my workout from yesterday. Typically, the workout is for lighter or bodyweight. You run thru all exercises & drop the first each round. I did 3 rounds mainly because I was going med heavy, slower more focused on form & bracing my core. When u hold weight in just hand, you have to brace your core & works your stabilizer muscles 😉...aka side abs😋. That's one reason I use free weights & the bar vs a bunch of machines. 😁
