Sadly this meal ended up defeating me, my stomach capacity hasn't quite gotten back to what it used to be, but I'll get there again soon! My first milestone I want to pass this year isn't a target weight, instead I want to be able to finish this same meal in one sitting, and when I do I'll make sure I get it on cam for all of you!
