For some backstory, I have a walk in bathtub with a shower head included (former resident had mobility disadvantages). The shower head is fine and dandy, but we can't figure out why our tub won't switch to shower mode. And it costs a bit much for us to have the company that installed it to come to the house and see what's going on, let alone fixing the issue. We haven't been able to shower in over a month, only take baths. Any and all contributions under this post, as well as comments on what we could possibly try doing, would be very helpful and much appreciated.
