He is not a ghost shrimp, he is darker and bigger and has killed all but 2 of my ghost shrimp, as well as at least 2 juvi panda corydoras :C I've removed him from the tank, but sadly will not get reimbursed by Petco for the killings, as it's past their 30 day policy. RIP my little ones.
