

Therapeutic Thursday-Fitness Friday 3/11-3/12 TT: Every store has an organic brand that they sell. 💯I could never find organic flavor oils, to cook with, until I found these. I add it to beverages and cooking. This brand is one of my favorites because it has sunflower oil added with the essential oil! Ehem....sunflower oil has omega-3s! What better way to get that nutrient naturally, aye? Many brands add natural or artificial flavorings, but unless they are freshly squeezed or derived from the source, it is highly possible it’s made from chemical processing. This is the perfect combo for a quick natural way to get you out the door.🏃🏼♀️🏃🏽♂️ This is the only oat milk that I drink currently. There’s a few good ones that don’t add gums or preservatives in their recipe. The most pure, the better. This brand adds minerals in their recipe giving it an extra health boost. 💨Oat milk has more calories than any other plant based milk, but it is high in fiber! This matcha green tea comes in small packets which makes it perfect for “on the go” activities. I usually like to add some more sugar and shake it up, in my smoothie bottle.
