Fitness Friday Topic: Food vs. Fitness 🌯🏃🏼‍♀️ We all know the phrase “your body is made in the kitchen.” THIS PHRASE IS KEY! ⏲ For Therapeutic Thursday, I talk on microbes. Did you know that food has microbes? You are legit eating microbes to feed the microbes that live within you? How bizarre is that?! 🤯 To create a body that can fight off viruses, you must eat according to the way your body is asking you to. 🤔 Microbes kill viruses. If you create a loving environment within your body, your body will fight for you. AKA your microbes! 🧐 How do we retrain our microbes with food? Well, microbes LOVEEE probiotics. They love the fermented foods! Of course, talk or consult with your trusted physician...but we need foods filled with probiotics anyways...might as well start there :)
