Self Care looks different for everyone. 😌 For my self care today, I’m embracing and giving attention to my divine feminine body. Beyond my sight, it is constantly working and healing itself. I am grateful to be able to express the energy today with a beautiful soul by my side @playwithraee Now more than ever, we have to rise up to the occasion and look through a different lense. Break the barriers of the illusion, in front of you, and be open to seeing things in a different light. So now, what is the ego? How does it relate to self care? The ego, in a different sense, is a collection of everything, in your life, that is unbalanced. The ego is always focusing on what it needs as opposed to what YOU need. This changes the way you view and take care of yourself.
