

Hey you!🧸 Today is Theory Thursday! However, I did some evaluating and figured I’d like to change it to Therapeutic Thursday instead! 🧖🏼♀️ I’m really into the Holistic lifestyle and figured i’d be more of service in this area. I think i’ll definitely touch base on theories here as well from time to time, but due to it not being my expertise, i’d rather learn more before I do! I realized I’m more into conspiracy theories than anything, but that doesn’t help you now, does it?😂 For today, I figured I’d talk about Holistic living. 😊Following this mindset allows you to live in a more natural way through remedies and mindfulness practices. It allows you to take care of your mind,body and soul in a full state of awareness.
