Let’s go back in time….just kidding we can’t. What we can do is work on our back and getting it looking good for summer with a little of that v taper. This exercise here called the Seated Cable Row Machine is great to achieve more of that look. Aim for at least 4 sets of 10-12 reps. Time to go back in action!
