It's Halloween and The Captor is up to his evil tricks, once again.
In a cold, damp dungeon, a fully rubbered up Prisoner gets chained up, hung up and displayed as a latex bondage exhibit. A rubber hood, ballgag and gas mask ensure that he can't speak, see or hear. He can only hang there and suffer as his manacled wrists are slowly pulled higher and higher.
