

So I made a New Year’s resolution to get more organised and gym more, and ultimately be more consistent. 2 days a week when I work from home and hola! So far since the 3rd I’ve taken a full minute off of my average Km pace from just under 7 minutes to just under 6 over 5Km. I’ve also thrown in a 10 minute row post run. So let’s see if I keep this going! Also yes I may need to do some gardening 🤪
