


today’s workout overview ft. cute pics as promised!! i did a total of 15 min stretching (combined before+after workout. SO IMPORTANT TO STRETCH BEFORE /AND/ AFTER!!) i did a bit of cardio, linked here: https://youtu.be/Spc5yl47h1Y then it was leg day, and it kicked my BUTT (hehe get it?) 3x15 squat jumps 2x50 glute bridges 2x25 single leg glute bridges 3x15 reverse lunges 2x40 donkey kicks 3x15 side lying clams with resistance band. will post my food intake overview at the end of the day 🥰
