here’s today’s rough workout summary. usual stretching, i did some pushups to warm up and activate my arm and back muscles, along with lots of shoulder rolls and arm swings. did abs after, good ole chloe ting 10 minute abs workout that kills me EVERY time. ❤️💪🏻
