Added 2019-12-29 03:41:31 +0000 UTChello friends. we gonna get REAL on this shit. today was a bit of a toughie. i have suspicions that the med i take for anxiety and all that fun stuff is no longer as effective as it once was (which is pretty normal). had an unprovoked panic attack for the first time in a long time. multiple months. maybe even a year. forgot how awful they feel, especially when there's no given reason D: gonna give it a month or two, but ultimately if nothing improves ill have to either a) up my dose, or b) consider changing meds. which either of those could be a disaster. will keep u updated. xoxo, gossip girl? how am i gonna do sign offs. i need something quirky and cool. let me know.
