Seated hamstring curls (3 sets 12 reps)
Hip Addictions (3 sets 15 reps)
Hip abductions (3 sets 15 reps)
Laying hamstring curls (4 reps 6 reps *heavy*)
Abs:
Dead Bugs (20 reps)
Laying Straight Leg Raises (10 reps)
Laying Scissor Kicks (10 reps)
Laying Flutter Kicks (10 reps)
