

My rules for mental detox ✨
1️⃣ I turn off notifications 📱 and allow myself a few hours of silence.
2️⃣ Minimize social media, maximize outdoor walking 🌿.
3️⃣ I start every morning with meditation 🧘♀️ to set my mind in a positive frame of mind.
4️⃣ Reading instead of scrolling 📚 is my mini therapy.
5️⃣ At the end of the day, I make sure to relax with a cup of tea ☕ and my favorite music 🎶.
