

I've been feeling so tired lately and I've started to fight it!💛🙈 First, smoothies! 🍓🍌 Starting my day with a glass of freshly squeezed smoothie has become a must for me and I prefer veggie drinks. Second, early risers! ☀️ There's nothing like waking up early in the morning when the world is still asleep and feeling like you have a whole day of possibilities ahead of you. And sport, of course! 🏋️♀️ It's not for nothing that they say exercise is life. Every time I exercise, I feel my energy increase and fatigue fade away.
