To start off, I decided to have a workout session with it. Gradually increasing the difficulty of the exercises, I challenged myself to stand on the ball with one leg. 🤸♀️ Now picture this: I lost my balance and clumsily fell right onto the ball! 😅 And here's where the fun began: the ball soared into the air, putting on its own show throughout the gym! 🎈 I tried to catch it, but it kept eluding me, like a playful kitten.
