






Good Morning Everyone! Nothing crazy happened to me last week, finally back into the gym again since I was sick. Got weighed and I'm down 12.5 lbs from when I first started, which is exciting. But my birthday is also coming up this month! So I was actually thinking it could be fun to do a full day of streaming since I'll have the day off, but please comment or DM me what you think!
