Happy Friday! Here’s a great workout for abs You can do these at home or at the gym! What you need: yoga mat, weighted ball or dumbbells. These are optional. I would definitely suggest in getting a yoga mat if you don’t have one and you workout at home. Do 2 sets 30 seconds each and 30 second rest. Dumbbells and weight ball is optional but definitely will add to the burn. I personally like to use them. 🔥🔥🔥 ⭐️ 30 sec Single Leg Drop ⭐️ 30 sec Ab Crossovers ⭐️ 30 sec Tuck w/ Extension ⭐️ 30 sec Crossbody Ankle Taps (try these with a 5 pound dumbbell) ⭐️ 30 sec Russian Twists (for these if possible use a weight ball or a weight of 5 pounds!) ⭐️ 30 sec Straight Leg Crunch Try these and let me know how it goes 🔥
