

Hi darling! Here’s a great workout you can do at home! I know it’s been tough since a lot of gyms have been closed ☹️ But these are 4 great workouts to get a pump 🍑 This workout does not compare to weight training if you’re trying to build muscle, but with most gyms being closed and having restrictions I know it can make it hard to get creative but I highly recommend getting resistance bands or some dumbbells to add a little extra ✨spice✨to your workout at home. If you have resistance bands use them for this! If not it’s totally okay you can do this workout without them ✨ 🍑 Clamshell- 3x20 each side 🍑Step outs- 3x20 🍑Fire hydrant extensions- 3x10 each leg 🍑Squat/side leg lift- 3x15 each side Let me know how these work for you xo
