

A very long time ago I did a little gymnastics and it was something magical! Every workout was not only stretching and flips, but also feeling light and free 🙃
I didn't turn pro, but the experience left its mark. I can still do a bridge or twine (if I try really hard 😅). And gymnastics also taught me discipline, belief in my own strength and that the body can do more than it seems..... Yes, definitely!
