Her subjects are loyal to the max, procreating with images of the the Queens feet in view, else most are unable to ejaculate. The Queen's army receives regular loyalty training. Almost every training session at least one soldier goes mad, and never stops stroking. The Feet Bandit lives in a small clearing in the middle of the forest in a wooden shack/cabin/hut. She survives like any other "fat of the land" kind of person.
