Sometimes I will make a cup of tea on chiller mornings, slip on my garden dress and hat, and then take a step outside. The morning air is comforting and the sky will have many hues of soft oranges and pinks. The moment the sun peeks over the horizon, —where the light touches everything in my tropical garden, it feels like it’s just for me. It’s magic, and I think it might be my favorite kind of magic.
