


As most of you can tell over the last few months I’ve gained some weight about 2 weeks ago I finally started back at personal training working to get back to a place where I feel good both physically and mentally (dw y’all illl always be big 😉) First video is from day 1 before my first workout, a photo of my start weight (which was actually up to 396 at one point) - my body was so sore after a little self care and some stiffness finally starting to feel myself again - I’ll be posting a bit of a fitness journal - let’s see how strong this amazon can get 💪🏻
