Sometimes I wake up with this feeling of needing to rush. Do you ever do that? Especially on Mondays it can be this intense internal feeling of “I have to hurry and move faster!” & “it feels like I have to do everything in a day right now, yesterday, a million things to get done!” lol

…. Okay breathe.
Love Mondays but they have a pressuring energy! Know what I mean?

One thing currently helping me with that is remembering “Action Alleviates Anxiety” because progress towards the goal is ACTUALLY what creates happiness/inner peace…. I recommend:

Remembering you aren’t “behind” you just need to take small steps forward. That’s it and it will alleviate so much of that stress.

➡️Pick the smallest task first that’s the easiest to finish and build momentum that way.

Science proves that humans accomplish more through positive reinforcement, so if you can motivate yourself with small steps at a time, you will end up accomplishing more & that lingering stress WILL dissolve!
