Don’t try to solve anything or make your decision when you’re overwhelmed, stressed, overthinking, and in fight-or-flight.
That decision will be made in fear 9times out of 10. (Vs. intuition)
Try a new, more relaxed approach by only making a choice about something when you feel chill.
Breathe, meditate, go on a walk, journal, swim, workout, etc.
