With this in mind, I would like to introduce you to a gratitude meditation that you can practice every day. 1. Sit comfortably on the couch, yoga mat or already in bed. Place your hands on your knees with the open palms facing up. Close your eyes. 2. Breathe deeply 3 times. Feel how your belly rises and falls. This helps you to arrive in the moment. 3. Review your day and list 3 things, people or circumstances for which you are grateful. At each point, take a moment to reflect on the feeling of gratitude. Why are you grateful for it? How does it make you feel? What does it enable you or others to do? 4. Visualize a warm light spreading from your heart center. 5. Go through all 3 things, people or circumstances one after the other. If you like, you can also list more points. 6. Then place your hands on your heart and let the warm light flow through you. Say to yourself inwardly "I am so grateful", bring your 3 points back to your memory and enjoy this pleasant feeling. if you have any questions write me❤️❤️
