

***MENTAL HEALTH MONDAY*** Stop living inside your head and just be. If you’re new here I feel mental health is important as fuck and I like to just throw some fucking wisdom out so you can read it or scroll on. Take what resonates and leave what doesn’t. This week I want you to hear me, cause I’m not holding back. How many of us have mental health issues? How many of us suppress that shit? May it be with porn, food, exercise, drugs? Cut the materials and how are you suppressing it now? Dark humor, irritability, shutting others out and clamming up? Do you tell everyone you’re fine a million times a week? Are you that uncomfortable with who you’re surrounded by that you can’t speak up about what’s really bothering you? That’s your first problem, people fucking suck and you’re rarely going to find a person who has your back unconditionally and 24/7… but you know who will? YOUR FUCKING SELF! So if people make you that uncomfortable, change your fucking surroundings and spend time with your self, stop being co dependent on each person that walks into your life! Stop thinking of all the people you don’t wanna be like, that’s making your brain too comfy in a negative thinking pattern. No, I want you to focus on the things YOU VALUE in a friendship or relationship think of the characteristics you want to define YOU, and GIVE IT TO YOURSELF! Treat you the way you treat every one else, bending over backwards for a text back, or doing everything a family member or spouse wants to not get the same respect back. Stop letting your life be ran based on others suggestions and take control of you. You have the power to change your thought processes and make better decisions if you educate yourself and practice routinely. EVERY FUCKING DAY. You can’t keep living in a constant state of fear, it’s exhausting. To your mind, soul and body. Start practicing being the person you want to be, not what defined you growing up or who everyone thinks you are. And small steps are okay! Take a shower, drink some water write down goals, small and big, write down what it takes to reach those goals and what is stopping you, on your list of what’s stopping you cross out the ones YOU CANT CONTROL forgive yourself instead of beating yourself up and LET IT GO!
