***Mental Health Monday*** My page is always a safe space to talk and reach out my mental health leaves me struggling constantly no matter what you see here. It’s important to make yourself strong as fuck because NO ONE had ever had your back like yourself. Do you take care of you? New moon is approaching and there’s been a lot of overwhelming feelings and emotions being heavy. What we are carrying around right now is the guilt and shame of all those stupid habits you know you haven’t broken? Am I right? Ordering in too much, leaving shit unorganized, sitting that shit job you fucking HATE, or staying in a toxic relationship/friendship. Believe me friendships can hurt sometimes even worse! I’ve lost a few good ones this simply by outgrowing… and knowing my self worth. OUCH! Let it all go, forgive yourself for it, BUT FUCKING TAKE FROM IT! Don’t sit in a pity party, take responsibility of the power you have over your actions! You’re more powerful then you give yourself credit for, we are just too lazy and uneducated to grasp it. Our attention spans have been conditioned to get tired of something so easily, it sucks, we’ve grown impatient by having everything at the tip of fingers, LITERALLY! We have lost sight of who we are, not your name or birth place or where you work. What’s your main characteristics, what defines YOU, what are you values within yourself relationships with others? You are so fucking special and you don’t even know it! This new moon heads heavy energy in forgiveness, with in yourself. For whatever actions you’ve taken that you’re not proud of it’s okay to restart and make new intentions and new goals and carry them out. STOP WASTING YOUR TIME HERE AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR MEAT SUIT! It carries you around when no ones else fucking does why wouldn’t you be nice to it! Say kind words to yourself, take yourself out to dinner and a drive to go see that view you’ve always wanted too.. tell someone else how much you love them.. -Your Moon 🌙
