

That time of the week, Mental Health Monday… if you’re new here I do this every week Bc mental health is important as fuck. Learning to be emotionally mature and taking control of you. So have a read or scroll on. ✌🏻🖤 and my page is a safe place. At all times. 👀 Let’s get deep here… is there something you haven’t done because you think you’re not good enough? I think that’s a fear barrier built up in your brain from the conditioning of stigmas, media, and how we were raised. You’re literally the only thing holding yourself back from being better. From implementing practices that would take you to the next level in your life. Your own fear is always keeping you in that comfort zone, but hear me out, when you listen to a song over and over again what happens? It gets stuck right?! What were to happen if you told yourself you were good enough EVERYDAY? You may start believing it. You may even start LOVING YOURSELF (gasp) lol What if you went to the gym consistently? You’d probably see results right. But you fell off didn’t go one day then two days then the membership ended…If you read more of those books or hobbies you picked up with the intentions on learning and making yourself better instead of staring at tik Tok or Instagram… (guilty) I’m guilty of it too! But that’s where that fear of yourself becoming better is implied. You’re afraid of what though? You cannot succeed if you don’t try and if you fail so what do it again. And again. Same applies to changing you me perception on life. It takes consistency of these to break these comfortable habits, these things we think are small are keeping us in a fog, not being able MOVE UP AND MOVE ON! and get into another mindset, breaking out of the comfort zone and taking a risk.
