My abs routine since many have been asking lately:

I don’t do set reps. Rather, I just do core work for 30 minutes, each excercise to failure in a circuit style and repeat until the 30 minutes is up.

1. Medicine ball Crunches (20 LBS)

2. Medicine Ball Leg Lifts on the ground (20 LBS) I tend to cheat here. I use a resistance band to secure the medicine ball between my legs. I’m still holding but the band offers significant support.

3. Crunches

4. Medicine Ball Russian Twist (8-12 LBS)

5. Medicine Ball V-Ups with pass from hands to legs and vice versa. (8-12 LBS)

6. Hagler Sit Ups

7. I call them Joe Frasier Sit-ups. And pretty much 1 leg is fully extended and one is in the traditional Bent knee position. I go to failure on each leg.

8. Hanging Leg raises. Dip bar or pull up bar. Pull up bar is better. If you really want to push it you can put a medicine ball on your thighs and do a bent knee leg lift.

You'll turn your abs to armor, I swear!!! πŸ˜‚
