I took it after having sort of a creative dry spell for a while, feeling not very inspired to shoot and when I did create, I would be dissatisfied with the results. But then I spent some time visiting my friend Emma in the Netherlands and working with her on some projects, my inspiration came back full force and I was itching to get back to work, back home in Spain. The day after I got home I saw this beautiful light in the bathroom and immediately grabbed my camera. I ended up creating a pretty big set of photos, playing with the light in the room, the element of water and sweat (if you look closely in some of the images you can see little beads of sweat on my belly and chest) and my favourite golden framed mirror. In the end I am extremely happy with the results! I don't often create such a big set of analog pictures in one go (most of the time I might take up to 10 images, but usually not much more) and I feel you can really see how my creative energy was flowing here again
