You can tell I took a lot of notes because my pen exploded all over the cover lol. This isn’t really a spell book it’s more of a lifestyle book. I didn’t like the demonization of drugs or how Victim blamey the author was about mental illness and She was not very educated on shamans. Most of the information was very helpful though. Wouldn’t recommend this one if you’re a baby witch but if you’re experienced in the craft and a critical thinker you could definitely get something out of this one 8/10
