


Lots of people have been asking me lately how often I workout and what I eat 😋
The answer is, I don't work out nearly as much as I used to. I spend so much time doing my shoulder rehab everyday, which leaves me little time for my own workout (maybe 2 times a week).
Plus, I'm not back to pole dancing yet 😭
As for diet, I'm not very disciplined. I do try to eat healthy for the most part (lots of eggs, salads, yogurt, fruit, not much meat though), but lately I've been eating a LOT of ice-cream too 💀😅😋🍧
