






Started my day with a big grocery run! 🍅🥬 I try to do my groceries once a week, so today was all about finding the best stuff to keep me going for the next few days. My mission? Smoked salmon for those delicious smoked salmon, cream cheese, and cucumber sandwiches I’ve been craving… perfect little snacks for the week ahead 😌🥒🧄 (And can we just take a moment for my ginger being exactly $0.69… some things are just meant to be 😏).
After stocking up, I met up with a few friends for a spin class! 🚴♀️💦 I love starting my day with a workout—it’s like a little extra boost of motivation. Today’s class was no joke, though. My legs were seriously shaking by the end! But the best part? My friend surprised me with a matcha latte after class 💚 It was like the perfect reward after pushing through such a tough workout (and honestly made it all so much more worth it!).
Once I got home, I decided it was finally time to give my latest obsession another try... focaccia bread! 🍞✨ I’ve been on this little journey to make the perfect focaccia, and this is my third attempt 😅 My last batch was good, but I used regular flour instead of bread flour, so I’m experimenting this time to see if that makes a difference. Trying to get that fluffy, chewy texture with a golden crust… fingers crossed that third time’s the charm!
So after all that waiting, I finally got to see the results! The focaccia came out of the oven looking amazing—golden, fluffy, and just begging to be eaten 😍🍞 Baking is totally like a science, but it’s sooo satisfying when it all comes together just right. I think this might be my best batch yet… what do you think? Should I try a different recipe next time? 😁💖
