I’m shooting an ad campaign for someone’s lash extension business today ☺️ and can we talk about how amazing I look??? I magically lost 5 lbs and I feel lean as fuck again and it’s all thanks to chia seed pudding my digestion is also so good for the first time in my life and because of that - mentally I feel so good, and also so full of energy - I usually really struggle to get out of bed in the morning because I just feel so blah but not any more like honestly I feel like my life has changed lol and all I had to do was improve my digestion 😭
