




This is everything i use in my ๐ routine :) 1. Salicylic acid body wash everyday post workout. I avoid any other type of bodywashes to avoid irritation, breakouts, and clogged pores post workout 2. Salicylic acid body spray after i dry myself post shower. I use it to avoid breakouts/marks/blemishes. Also good for active acne or breakouts. 3. Glycolic acid acrub. 1 time a week to remove the buildup of dead skin cells if you have active acne or blemishes i recommend using it everyday. 4. Probably the most IMPORTANT part of it all. Tretinoin!!! I use it inbetween my ass to avoid hyperpigmentation (dark marks or skin that looks darker from your tone) from forming from thigh rubbing and shaving, waxing/ sweat, etc. 5. I use an at home waxing kit. I wax instead of shaving because shaving can cause opened pores, bumps, acne, ingrown hairs ๐ do not!!!! Shave with nair or any type of shaving creams. Those creams can cause your skin to darken overtime and if youโre paper white like me thatโs your worst enemy ๐
