Added 2022-07-31 18:17:30 +0000 UTCRaced a 5000m this morning on the track, 3rd overall, 2nd in my age group. So exhilarating to push hard in both events, and satisfying to finish. All I can think about is the next race. I just love doing this, and seeing what I'm capable of. Now to relax!
