Ended the week yesterday with a 15 mile run that I did on my treadmill to avoid 70km winds. I need to focus on recovery today with a day off and stretching, foam roll, hydrate so I can freshen legs for tomorrow's speed session. Only 2 weeks until I race the 10km. 🤗
