Added 2021-12-21 02:38:26 +0000 UTCTwo treadmill runs in today; 8 miles and 6 miles. I hugely prefer running outside, but with icy sidewalks and minus 20 degrees, the treadmill is appreciated. Plus I can run in shorts and listen to music. There's another version of these Christmas PJs on my paid page.
