I have only ran twice this past week and both were painful with back/hip pain. I'm resting today and tomorrow too, and hopefully in full swing by Monday. It's hard to take rest days. I feel like I'm losing fitness rapidly, but in reality that takes weeks. And I want to be able to run with a full powerful stride.
