After 3 month of injury and no snatches, starting to add Volume back in to get my technique up again. It was supposed to be every 75seconds 6sets with 3 powersnatches, 1sec pause in the catch into overhead squat. But dropped down into the squat almost jmmediatly in the last set😂🥲
