(For real, you know of cool flat mates or rent controlled/low income apartments that aren’t trash but Sro lmk! Ppl can be too weird to live with more often than not. Even they could be your friends! They could be a couple that you’ve known for years that look cool but are huge assholes.. pardon me, but damn living ain’t easy)
